基于延迟时间模型的民机部件维修优化方法

民机视情维修理念推动了维修向高效、经济的方向发展.本文阐述了民机视情维修的概念;研究了延迟时间模型建模原理和建模过程,提出了以维修间隔为约束、以费用率为目标的维修优化模型.针对当前中国确定民机部件维修间隔主要凭借经验的现状,进行仿真分析,并提出通过仿真机体面板的故障数据,将延迟时间模型应用于机体面板的检查与更换等维修决策中.模型以费用最低为目标、维修间隔为约束,优化了维修决策.仿真分析同时研究了不同参数条件下的最优维修间隔的变化情况.研究结果表明该方法提高了部件维修决策的合理性.
