研制了一种光纤燃烧传感系统,用以测量汽油机燃烧火焰光谱。试验中测量了CH(431nm)、C2(516nm)及H2O(588nm)三种特征谱线在不同工况下的光强变化曲线。并提出了一种新的评价燃烧循环变动的方法,即用光变化曲线的特征参数来评价。试验结果表明,光强变化曲线能够反映燃烧过程进行的好坏及燃烧的时间特性,可以用来进行燃烧循环变动的评价。
A fiber optic combustion sensing system was developed to measure the combustion flame spectrum of a gasoline engine. The experiment measured the light intensity curves of CH (431nm), C2 (516nm) and H2O (588nm) under different conditions. And a new method to evaluate the change of combustion cycle is proposed, which is evaluated by the characteristic parameters of the light curve. The experimental results show that the light intensity curve can reflect the quality of the combustion process and the combustion time characteristics, which can be used to evaluate the combustion cycle variation.
