尿石的成石过程,文献上有许多实验研究报道,一直存在着不同意见。我们通过对草酸钙尿石磨片偏光显微镜观察及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对超微结构的观察,试图认识及推导尿石成石过程的机理,兹报告这些结果,并讨论如下:检查与结果本组使用偏光显微镜对44件草酸钙尿石进行磨片检查,计肾输尿管23件,膀胱尿道21件,同时用 SEM(Philips 500-(?)型)对其中23件进行了71次选区扫描,计肾输尿管21件,膀胱2件。一.尿石成份根据44件尿石偏光显微镜鉴定,主要含一水草酸钙(COM)、二水草酸钙(COD)、胶磷矿、尿酸(盐)、硅质、泥质等,其中5件配合了 X 线衍射检查,均含有 COM,微量磷灰石。依主要成份及次要成份含量,可以分
