乙烯装置裂解气在碱洗过程中会生成聚合物 ,与空气接触后易形成黄色粘稠态物质 ,通常称为黄油。红外光谱分析结果表明 ,黄油中不但有含氧聚合物 ,同时也含有裂解气中丁二烯的聚合物。热重 -红外光谱 ( TGA- FTIR)联用分析结果表明 ,在 30 0℃之前逸出的气体以醇类化合物为主 ,表明黄油中存在含氧聚合物 ;4 0 0℃以后逸出气体以聚合二烯烃分解产生的烯烃为主。含氧聚合物主要来自于醛酮的 Aldol缩合聚合反应 ,而裂解气中的醛酮来自于蒸汽裂解制乙烯过程中的二级反应。
Ethylene plant cracked gas will generate polymer in alkali washing process, easy to form yellow viscous material after contact with air, usually called butter. The result of FTIR analysis shows that the butter contains not only oxygenated polymers but also polymers of butadiene in pyrolysis gas. Thermogravimetric-infrared spectroscopy (TGA-FTIR) analysis showed that the gas escaped before 300 ℃ was dominated by alcohol compounds, indicating the presence of oxygenated polymers in the butter. After 400 ℃, The main olefin olefin generated by the polymerization of diene decomposition. Oxygenated polymers mainly come from Aldol condensation polymerization of aldehydes and ketones, whereas aldehydes and ketones from pyrolysis gas come from the secondary reaction during the steam cracking of ethylene.
