本文浅要分析了健美操运动在调节学生心境、增强学生自信、提升学生交际能力、发展学生意志品质等方面的积极作用,提出健美操教学的建议,营造和谐健美操运动情境,合理暗示助消学生心理性障碍,全面推动健美操学习互动,有意识地渗透抗挫力训练等,发挥健美操运动在促进学生心理健康发展中的积极作用。
This paper analyzes the positive effects of aerobics in regulating students ’mood, enhancing students’ self-confidence, improving students ’communicative competence and developing students’ will and quality. Aerobics teaching suggestions are proposed to create a harmonious aerobic exercise situation, Students psychological barriers, and comprehensively promote interactive learning aerobics, consciously penetrate anti-frustration training, to play aerobics in promoting the development of students’ mental health and active role.
