目前国内中小型氧气转炉炼钢车间,对转炉的除尘均采用D-700-13大型鼓风机.由于工艺流程需要,往往将风机放置在转炉跨的高层平台上.这种布置方法,对厂房结构设计、设备振动和噪声均带来很多问题,所以如何设计风机隔振系统,保证安全生产是转炉设计者面临的一个急待介决的问题.我院81年承担上钢五厂20吨纯氧顶吹转炉车间的设计任务,其中大型风机隔振系统的设计,经投产使用,在减振降噪上均取得了较好的效果.
Currently small and medium-sized oxygen converter steelmaking plant, the converter dust are used D-700-13 large blower.Due to process needs, the fan is often placed in the converter across the high-level platform.This arrangement method, the plant structure design , Equipment vibration and noise are a lot of problems, so how to design the fan vibration isolation system to ensure the safety of production is converter designers face an urgent problem to be solved .In our hospital 81 years on the steel plant 20 tons of pure oxygen top Blowing converter workshop design tasks, including large-scale fan vibration isolation system design, put into operation, have achieved good results in vibration and noise reduction.
