目的:研究部队官兵个性与智力的关系,为心理健康教育提供依据。方法:用《卡特尔16种人格因素(16PF)》及《团体智力测验》对1204名官兵进行测试和分析。结果:除乐群、有恒、敢为、怀疑、内外向等因素外,其余各因素及次级因素均与智力呈显著相关(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中聪慧、忧虑、独立、恃强、敏感、幻想、实验、世故等8个自变量进入智力回归方程。结论:不同智力官兵具有不同的个性特征;培养良好的个性,有利于智力开发、提高工作效率。
Objective: To study the relationship between personality and intelligence of officers and soldiers of the armed forces, and provide the basis for mental health education. Methods: 1204 officers and soldiers were tested and analyzed with “Cartel 16 Personality Factors” and “Group Intelligence Test”. Results: Except music group, there were constant, dare, doubt, extroversion and other factors, other factors and secondary factors were significantly related with intelligence (P <0.05, P <0.01), among which intelligence, anxiety, independence, Strong, sensitive, fantasy, experimental, sophisticated and other eight independent variables into the regression equation. Conclusion: Different intellectual officers and soldiers have different personality traits; cultivating good personality is conducive to intellectual development and improve work efficiency.
