注蒸汽是目前世界上热力开采稠油的有效方法之一 ,而超临界蒸汽注射是这一方法的新发展。通过对动量方程、能量方程、散热方程等控制方程的求解来研究井筒散热损失、压力降和套管温度随注入时间、注入流量和压力、井筒深度的变化规律 ,并用 FORTRAN语言编制计算机程序 ,得到计算结果。可供现场操作中选择注汽参数及设计加热系统时选择锅炉参数的参考。
Steam injection is one of the most effective methods for heat recovery of heavy oil in the world. Supercritical steam injection is a new development of this method. Through the solution of governing equations such as momentum equation, energy equation and heat dissipation equation, the variation rules of wellbore heat loss, pressure drop and casing temperature with injection time, injection flow rate and pressure and well depth are studied. The computer program is compiled by FORTRAN language. Calculation results. Available for on-site operation, select the steam injection parameters and design of the heating system to select the reference boiler parameters.
