本文对一采石场五、六工区的通风除尘装置的效果进行了评价。测定了作业点的粉尘浓度、分散度、游离二氧化硅及通风管道风速、罩口风速和台面控制风速。结果表明,五工区碎石机旁和六工区滚筒筛旁在开动风机前后的粉尘浓度有显著性差异(P<0.05),但粉尘浓度仍在最高容许浓度以上,风机效率较低。为此,还应对通风除尘设备加强密闭,合理安装。
This paper evaluates the effect of ventilating and dust removing device in quarry five or six work area. The dust concentration, dispersity, free silica and ventilation duct velocity, hood wind speed and countertop control wind speed were measured. The results showed that there was a significant difference (P <0.05) in the dust concentration around the roller sieve next to the lithotripsy machine and the sixth work zone in the five workshops, but the dust concentration was still above the maximum allowable concentration and the fan efficiency was low. To this end, ventilation and dust removal equipment should also be strengthened confined, reasonable installation.
