1987年1月—12月在大亚湾采集9个站位的表层沉积样,测定厌氧亚硫酸还原菌的营养细胞和孢子的数量及季节变化规律,讨论了环境因子,水温和底层海水中溶解氧浓度对其数量的影响。本实验的结果表明,大亚湾沉积物中厌氧正硫酸还原菌数量较低,提示该海湾受到的污染较少。
From January to December 1987, surface sediment samples of 9 stations were collected in Daya Bay. The numbers and seasonal variation of vegetative cells and spores of AFS were determined. The effects of environmental factors, water temperature and dissolved oxygen The effect of concentration on its quantity.
