在中国各类企业中,企业的激励方法多种多样,年薪制作为人力资本的间接定价制度对企业的生产及经营管理都发挥着重要作用。企业实行年薪制,一方面能充分体现人力资本的价值,另一方面年薪制的酬薪结构能有效激励经营者的创造力和工作热情,更有利于企业经营者管理、考核与监督。
Among all kinds of enterprises in China, there are many kinds of incentive methods for enterprises, and the indirect pricing system of annual salary as human capital plays an important role in the production and management of enterprises. On the other hand, the remuneration structure of the annual salary system can effectively stimulate the creativity and enthusiasm of the managers and is more conducive to the management, assessment and supervision of the enterprise managers.
