Scraper work is one of the most important machining methods in machine tool manufacturing and repairing. It takes up about 35% of the whole manufacturing and repairing workload, and requires high precision. Therefore, scraping is worth studying. Precision machine tools and precision instruments for rail precision requirements are high, with the traditional Tingcha and hand scraping can not meet the requirements. In recent years, a new scraping method has been developed - pull scraping (see Figure 1). The scraping finish is up to 9, while the hand scraping and scraping can only reach 7. When the depth of precision scraping can be controlled between 0.5 ~ 3μm, which is particularly applicable to the scraping of precision machine tools. Scraping method has the following advantages: (1) in the scraping, will not produce a knife at the pit, the pattern
