目的通过比较弱视治疗前后图形诱发电位(PVEP)检查结果,研究PVEP在儿童弱视治疗中的应用价值。方法随机选择4~12岁弱视患儿30例(48眼),于弱视治疗前和治疗后一年采用TEC-350V眼电生理仪进行PVEP检查。对照组为正常儿童30例(60眼)。结果治疗前弱视组PVEPP100波潜伏期121.37ms±12.01ms,振幅10.59μv±7.24μv;对照组P100波潜伏期102.78ms±3.44ms,振幅15.90μv±6.25μv,差别显著,P<0.001.治疗后视力进步和基本治愈患儿PVEPP100波潜伏期107.35ms±3.43ms,较治疗前明显缩短,P<0.01;振幅13.40μv±6.03μv,较治疗前明显提高,P<0.01。结论PVEP是评价儿童弱视疗效的一种客观手段。
Objective To investigate the value of PVEP in the treatment of amblyopia in children by comparing the results of the pattern evoked potential (PVEP) before and after amblyopia treatment. Methods Thirty (48 eyes) with amblyopia were randomly selected from 4 to 12 years old. PVEP was performed with TEC-350V ocular electrophysiology before amblyopia and one year after treatment. The control group was 30 normal children (60 eyes). Results The latency of PVEPP100 wave in the amblyopic group before treatment was 121.37 ms ± 12.01 ms and the amplitude was 10.59 μv ± 7.24 μv. The latency of P100 wave in control group was 102.78 ms ± 3.44 ms and the amplitude was 15.90 μv ± 6.25 μv, with significant difference (P <0.001) The latency of PVEPP100 wave was 107.35ms ± 3.43ms, significantly shorter than that before treatment, P <0.01; amplitude was 13.40μv ± 6.03μv, which was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.01). Conclusion PVEP is an objective measure to evaluate the effect of amblyopia in children.
