我县应用奥尔逊法测定所得的土壤有效磷含量,与土壤生产力,经济施氮量及每斤氮素增产量之间都有显著相关性,可以作为被作物吸收利用的“有效磷”指标。在奥尔逊法中,提取温度对所得结果的影响很大,且不同土壤的温度影响不尽相同。鉴此,不同土壤在不同温度条件下测得的土壤有效磷含量水平,不能直接进行比较,必需转换成标准温度(25℃)下的测定值,才具有应用价值。为了摸索我县土壤在缺少恒温条件下,如何对奥尔逊法进行校正,以及对不同土壤采用“恒温静置培养法”消除温度变动的影响进行了初步研究。一、材料和方法选择有代表性的五个土壤样品,分别在室温10、15、20、25℃时提取测定(重复六次),并假设以
