目的建立一种藤氏蓝阻抑光度法,用于测定消毒剂中的有效氯。方法采用分光光度计方法,利用活性氯在酸性环境与Fe(Ⅱ)-铁氰化钾显色反应原理,建立藤氏蓝阻抑光度法测定消毒剂中有效氯。结果应用新建立的方法在吸收波长为720 nm,有效氯质量浓度在0.15~3.5μg/ml范围呈现良好的线性关系。线性回归方程△A=0.02+0.2268ρ(μg/ml),相关系数R=0.9969,检出限为0.13μg/ml。结论采用本研究建立的方法,用于含氯消毒剂中有效氯测定,分析结果满意。
Objective To establish a rattles blue inhibition spectrophotometry for the determination of available chlorine in disinfectants. Methods The spectrophotometric method was used to determine the available chlorine in disinfectant by the method of blue light inhibition spectrophotometry with the principle of color reaction of active chlorine with Fe (Ⅱ) - potassium ferricyanide in acidic environment. Results The newly established method showed a good linear relationship at the absorption wavelength of 720 nm and the effective chlorine concentration of 0.15 ~ 3.5 μg / ml. The linear regression equation △ A = 0.02 + 0.2268ρ (μg / ml), the correlation coefficient R = 0.9969, the detection limit was 0.13μg / ml. Conclusion The method established in this study was applied to the determination of available chlorine in chlorine-containing disinfectants, and the results were satisfactory.
