生物传感分析仪广泛应用于食品发酵工业和实验室研究中,为了使其更好地应用于发酵工业和实验室检测,本研究考察了pH、无机盐的种类和浓度对SBA-40C型生物传感分析仪测定葡萄糖和L-乳酸准确性的影响,同时还考察了葡萄糖和乳酸测定的重复性及二者对测定是否存在相互干扰。结果表明:pH条件会严重影响测定结果,特别是影响L-乳酸测定的准确性;另外,当样品中的NaCl和NH4Cl浓度≥0.06mol/L时会使葡萄糖和L-乳酸测定值明显偏低。
Biosensing analyzers are widely used in the food fermentation industry and laboratory research. In order to make them more suitable for the fermentation industry and laboratory testing, this study examined the effects of pH, inorganic salt species and concentrations on SBA-40C Sensory analyzer to determine the accuracy of glucose and L-lactic acid, but also examined the repeatability of the determination of glucose and lactate and determination of whether the two interfere with each other.
