为了研究胶粉对基质沥青高、低温性能及沥青混合料路用性能的影响与改善,采用针入度、软化点和延度等指标分析了胶粉掺量和胶粉细度对基质沥青性能的影响规律,通过车辙试验、低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验分析了橡胶改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性,并与基质沥青混合料进行对比验证。结果表明,胶粉掺量为22%时可明显提高基质沥青的高、低温性能;40目胶粉较其他细度胶粉能更好地改善基质沥青的高、低温性能;与基质沥青混合料相比,橡胶改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性均显著提高。证明橡胶改性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能。
In order to study the influence and improvement of rubber powder on the high and low temperature properties of asphalt asphalts and road performance of asphalt mixture, the properties of matrix asphalt, such as penetration, softening point and ductility, were analyzed. The rutting test, the low temperature bending test and the freeze-thaw splitting test were used to analyze the high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the rubber modified asphalt mixture, and compared with the matrix asphalt mixture. The results showed that the addition of 22% rubber powder can significantly improve the high and low temperature properties of the matrix asphalt; 40 mesh powder better than other fineness powder can improve the high and low temperature performance of matrix asphalt; with the matrix asphalt mixture Compared to the rubber modified asphalt mixture, high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability are significantly increased.
