近年来中国城市建设投融资结构已经发生较大变化,投资主体多元化趋势日益显著,但投资主体多元化格局尚未完全形成.因此必须创新投融资模式,探索城市建设投融资长期有效的融资途径,稳步推进特大城市建设进程.本文在研究城市建设投融资主体与渠道基础上,对我国特大城市建设融资创新融资模式与渠道进行展望.
