副溶血性弧菌毒力基因及耐药性检测分析

目的了解宁波市感染性腹泻病原菌中副溶血性弧菌的血清型分布、毒力基因特点和耐药性状况,为预防和控制由副溶血性弧菌引起的感染性腹泻提供科学依据。方法采用血清学试验对副溶血性弧菌进行血清分群;利用PCR扩增检测副溶血性弧菌的耐热溶血毒素基因(tdh)和耐热溶血毒素相关基因(trh);采用K-B纸片扩散法检测抗生素敏感性。结果宁波地区引起感染性腹泻的副溶血性弧菌的89.19%是O3血清群,tdh基因携带率达到89.19%,trh基因全部阴性,对除氨苄西林外的大多数抗菌药物敏感。结论宁波地区引起感染性腹泻的副溶血性弧菌的血清群主要是O3群,且携带tdh基因,对大多数抗菌药物敏感。 Objective To understand the serotype distribution, virulence genes and drug resistance of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in the pathogenic bacteria of infectious diarrhea in Ningbo, and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of infectious diarrhea caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods The serum of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was divided into serogroups by serological tests. The heat-resistant toxin-toxin gene (tdh) and heat-resistant toxin (trh) gene of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected by PCR amplification. Antibiotic sensitivity test. Results 89.19% of the isolates of Vibrio parahaemolyticus caused infectious diarrhea in Ningbo were O3 serogroups. The carrying rate of tdh gene was 89.19%. The trh gene was all negative and sensitive to most antibiotics except ampicillin. Conclusion The serogroups of Vibrio parahaemolyticus that cause infectious diarrhea in Ningbo are mainly O3 group and carry tdh gene, which is sensitive to most antibiotics.
