目的:分析小儿心脏手术以注射用复合辅酶实施体外循环心肌保护效果。方法:将2016年1月—2017年6月在某院进行心脏手术的32患儿平均分为对照组和观察组。在观察组的体外循环预充液和停搏液中加入复合辅酶。对照组不使用复合辅酶。比较不同时间段两组患儿的心肌肌钙蛋白(cTn)、肌酸磷化脢-同功脢MB(CK-MB)。结果:两组在主动脉开放2h后(T1)、6h后(T2)、24h后(T3)的cTn、CK-MB水平均比体外循环前(T0)显著升高,(P<0.05)。T1~T3,观察组cTn、CK-MB、MDA的水平较同时段对照组显著更低(P<0.05)。结论:在实施小儿心脏手术时使用复合辅酶进行体外循环可减轻心肌损伤。
Objective: To analyze the protective effect of cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) by compound coenzyme for injection in pediatric cardiac surgery. Methods: 32 children undergoing cardiac surgery in a hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were divided equally into control group and observation group. In the observation group of cardiopulmonary bypass priming solution and cardioplegia compound coenzyme. The control group did not use coenzyme. The cardiac troponin (cTn), creatine phosphorylation-homokinase MB (CK-MB) in two groups were compared at different time points. Results: The cTn and CK-MB levels at 2h (T1), 6h (T2) and 24h (T3) after aortic opening were significantly higher than those before TPC (P <0.05). The levels of cTn, CK-MB and MDA in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at T1 ~ T3 (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Cardiopulmonary bypass can be alleviated by the use of coenzyme for cardiopulmonary bypass during pediatric cardiac surgery.
