中国的“人本理念”最早起源于春秋时期,由管仲提出,后来陆陆续续被人们所接受,并且使用到生活中的方方面面。像是历史上的“以民为本”、“民为贵、君为轻”等概念都是在“人本理念”的基础之上延伸出来的。在现代社会的发展过程中,“人本理念”既是科学发展的核心,又是人事管理的根本原则。高职院校在开展人事管理工作的时候,应该坚持“以人为本”的管理理念,从源头上解决高职院校人事管理工作中的实际问题,创新人事管理工作新路径。
China’s “people-oriented philosophy” originated in the Spring and Autumn Period, and was first proposed by Guan Zhong. Later on, people gradually accepted it and used it in all aspects of life. Such as the history of “people-oriented”, “people are expensive, monarch is light” and other concepts are based on “people-oriented concept ” based on the extension out. In the development of modern society, “people-oriented concept ” is not only the core of scientific development, but also the fundamental principle of personnel management. When carrying out personnel management, higher vocational colleges should adhere to the management concept of “people first”, solve the practical problems in the personnel management of higher vocational colleges from the source, and innovate a new way of personnel management.
