目的:研究罗汉果中的化学成分。方法:用各种色谱法分离和纯化化合物,通过多种波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:从罗汉果乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了6个葫芦烷型三萜皂苷,分别为罗汉果皂苷ⅢA1(mogrosideⅢA1)、赛门苷Ⅰ(siameno-side I)、罗汉果皂苷Ⅳa(mogrosideⅣa)、罗汉果皂苷Ⅳe(mogrosideⅣe)、罗汉果皂苷(mogrosideⅤ)、11-氧-罗汉果皂苷Ⅴ(11-oxo-mogrosideⅤ)。结论:mogrosideⅢA1为首次从天然产物中分离得到,鉴定其结构为罗汉果醇-24-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-[β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→6)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷{Mogrol-24-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside};其余5个化合物为已知化合物。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Mangosteen. Methods: Compounds were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods and their structures were identified by various spectroscopic data. Results: Six gourd-type triterpene saponins were isolated and identified from the ethanol extracts of Luo Han Guo, including mogroside Ⅲ A1, siameno-side I, mogroside Ⅳ a, mogroside Ⅳe mogroside IVe, mogroside V, 11-oxo-mogroside V. Conclusion: mogrosideⅢA1 was isolated from natural products for the first time and the structure of mogrosideⅢA1 was identified as mogroside ⅢA1 (1 → 2) - [β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 6 )] - β-D-glucopyranoside {Mogrol-24-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl (1 → 2) - [β-D-glucopyranosyl Five compounds are known compounds.
