人类许多恶性肿瘤中都有血管表皮生长因子(VEGF)表达。卵巢恶性肿瘤是死亡率最高的妇科肿瘤,其早期发现和治疗非常关键。为研究VEGF在卵巢肿瘤中表达的情况,对107例卵巢肿瘤患者的肿瘤囊液进行了VEGF检测。检测方法为与4组多克隆抗体的三明治型双相酶联放免反应。 在恶性肿瘤组的囊液中VEGF的含量均值为21.5μg/L,交界性肿瘤组则为3.2μg/L,与前者相比有显著差异(P=0.01),而良性肿瘤组仅为1.3μg/L(P=0.0001)。同时发现恶性肿瘤组囊液中总蛋白含量明显增高:68mg/ml,而良性与交界性仅为35 mg/ml和33 mg/ml。矫正蛋白浓度后,恶性肿瘤组的VEGF浓度与良性肿瘤组比较仍有显著差异(P=
Many human malignancies have vascular epidermal growth factor (VEGF) expression. Ovarian cancer is the highest mortality of gynecological tumors, its early detection and treatment is critical. In order to study the expression of VEGF in ovarian tumors, VEGF was detected in tumor cysts in 107 patients with ovarian tumors.
