通过SEM和AFM研究了IF440高强钢钢板入锅温度和浸镀时间对镀层抑制层组织结构的影响。结果表明,抑制层的组织结构分为粗晶区Fe2Al5相和细晶区FeAl3相,并且随钢板入锅温度升高和浸镀时间增加,细晶区晶粒逐渐长大,直至与粗晶区晶粒尺寸一致,抑制层晶粒粗化,致密性下降致使其抑制作用降低。IF440高强钢适宜热镀锌工艺:钢板入锅温度为460~470℃,浸镀时间为4~6 s。
The effects of wok temperature and immersion time on the microstructure of the coating were studied by SEM and AFM. The results show that the structure of the inhibition layer is divided into the Fe2Al5 phase in the coarse grain and the FeAl3 phase in the fine grain. With the increase of the temperature and the immersion time, the grains in the fine grain grow up gradually, The grain size is consistent, the grain coarsening of the inhibition layer is caused, and the densification is decreased so that the inhibition effect is reduced. IF440 high-strength steel suitable for hot-dip galvanizing process: steel wok temperature of 460 ~ 470 ℃, immersion time of 4 ~ 6 s.
