深圳首创24小时自助图书馆作为建设全民阅读城市和学习型城市的公共文化服务项目。通过深度调研,全面分析自助图书馆的运行管理和读者的使用行为,发现读者满意度较高,具有高度的用户黏性和可持续性,但目前建设初期的知晓度和使用率较低。文章从如何提高自助图书馆的知晓率和利用率、更好发挥服务功能、构建良好的用户反馈机制、开发技术功能、提升经营管理能力以及如何扩大社会合作机制等诸多方面提出了切实可行的建议。
Shenzhen’s first 24-hour self-service library as a public reading city and learning-oriented city of public cultural services. Through in-depth research and comprehensive analysis of the operation and management of self-service libraries and readers’ usage behavior, we found that readers are highly satisfied, highly user-friendly and sustainable. However, the initial awareness and utilization rate are low at present. The article puts forward feasible suggestions on how to improve the awareness and utilization rate of self-help libraries, give full play to their service functions, build up good user feedback mechanisms, develop technical functions, enhance their management capabilities and how to expand social cooperation mechanisms .
