本文从馆内服务、馆外服务和读者活动三个方面介绍了深圳图书馆开馆二十年来读者服务工作成就,并以实践、数据和新图书馆服务模式为基础,概括了深圳图书馆“以人为本、服务至上”的新理念和新方法。
This article introduces the reader service achievements of Shenzhen Library from the three aspects of in-hall service, outside-hall service and reader activities. Based on the practice, data and new library service mode, this article summarizes the Shenzhen Library “People-oriented, service-oriented” new ideas and new methods.
