随着电子商务的发展,电商企业就越来越多,许多企业原本的生产与经营模式都得到了很大的转变。电子商务主要是以网络为载体,凭借充分的信息沟通和灵活的交易方式,以及较低的运营成本来开展的消费模式。在这种形势下,基于客户交易行为的精确营销主要是采取区分不同客户类型提供服务就已经成为了电子商务领域的重要着力点。
