一、前言 辊式斜轧机的受力计算,没有专门的计算理论。一般都借用板钢或型钢的计算方法,先求平均单位压力、再乘以接触面积,即得总压力。这种计算方法,由于是借用板、型钢的图表,没有考虑管坯穿孔时的实际情况,故不可能较好地符合穿孔生产中的实际受力情况。本文从理论上专门分析穿孔生产的实际情况,从而提出辊式斜轧机受力计算的新方法,并运用测试数据给以对比验证。
