什么叫肥胖,如何检查肥胖? 当人体内的脂肪贮量显著超过正常人平均量时就叫肥胖。一般在食物热量摄入量大于身体生长和活动所需能量时就会产生肥胖。临床上常用以下几种方法确定肥胖的程度: 一、观察身体饱满程度及脂肪分布的型式,脂肪均匀地分布在全身的称为全身性或均匀性肥胖,脂肪主要聚集于颈、背、乳房、腹及臀部者称为向心性肥胖。目前对控制脂肪分布的因素尚不明确,脑垂体、甲状腺、肾上腺及性腺均可能与之有关。如女性过多的脂肪主要分布于躯干下部及四肢,而男性则分布于上部而不分布于四肢。二、正常人贮于皮下的脂肪约占全身总量的50%,故用指捏法可以粗略地估计腹部、上臂及大腿 What is obesity, how to check obesity?
