舞蹈基本功训练是高校舞蹈教学的重要组成部分之一。本文论述了舞蹈基本功训练的目的与方法,有针对性地提出科学的舞蹈基本功训练的方法。对于解决学生身体自然条件的差距,缩短学生身体素质和专业需求之间的差距有着积极的作用。
Dance basic training is an important part of college dance teaching. This article discusses the purpose and methods of dance basic training, and puts forward scientific methods of training basic dance skills. It has a positive effect on solving the gap between students ’natural conditions and shortening the gap between students’ physical fitness and professional needs.
