目的观察兔肌肉种植VX2瘤前后及在肝、肺发生转移后肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)、胰岛素生长因子(IGF)、CA-50的改变情况。方法将健康雄性3年的新西兰大白兔80只,分成两组,外照射、体外高频热疗组(治疗组)、对照组各40只。观察肿瘤直径,生存期,同时检测TNF、IGF、CA-50。在VX2瘤种植前后和发生转移后的变化情况。结果治疗组肿瘤直径小于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组兔生存期长于对照组(P<0.01);VX2瘤移植成功后细胞因子的变化为TNF、IGF、CA-50增高(P<0.01);肺、肝转移在治疗组中明显少于对照组(P<0.01);在发生肺、肝转移兔中相比IGF、CA-50增高,TNF降低,与未发生肺、肝转移的兔相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论VX2种植成功后对实验兔的TNF、IGF、CA-50产生影响,发生肺、肝转移后IGF、CA-50增高,TNF降低。
Objective To observe the changes of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), insulin growth factor (IGF) and CA-50 in rabbit muscle before and after VX2 tumor implantation in the liver and lung. Methods Eighty New Zealand white rabbits, healthy and male, were divided into two groups: external irradiation and high frequency hyperthermia group (treatment group) and control group (40). Tumor diameter and survival time were observed. At the same time, TNF, IGF and CA-50 were detected. VX2 tumor before and after planting and the occurrence of changes after the transfer. Results The tumor diameter of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group (P <0.01). The survival time of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group (P <0.01). The changes of cytokines in the VX2 tumor transplantation were TNF, IGF and CA- ); Lung and liver metastasis in the treatment group was significantly less than the control group (P <0.01); in the occurrence of lung and liver metastases compared to IGF, CA-50 increased, TNF decreased, and no lung and liver metastases in rabbits Compared with the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The success of VX2 implantation affects the levels of TNF, IGF and CA-50 in experimental rabbits. IGF and CA-50 increased and TNF decreased after lung and liver metastasis.
