山东省布氏菌病(简称布病)病原以羊_1型为主,1990年淄博市淄川区太河乡发生由羊_3型布氏菌引起的布病暴发,1990～1993年共确诊布病病人37例,检出病羊58只。分离到布氏菌10株,现将病原及血清学检测结果报告如下。1 材料和方法1.1 检测对象 疫区及周围村镇的放牧屠宰人员,疫村的羊只。1.2 方法 受检者静脉采血。布氏菌凝集阳性者复查兼做血培养。1.2.1 布氏菌凝集:按常规法。1.2.2 细菌分离及鉴定:以无菌来静脉血5mL,注
