作为自然界中最大的动物类群,同时也是世界上最大的动物蛋白质资源库,昆虫资源一直备受关注。尤其是在当前鱼粉资源已成为饲料工业乃至养殖业发展刚性约束条件的情况下,如何开发利用富含优质蛋白质、脂肪、微量元素及多种生物活性物质的昆虫资源已成为饲料科学领域的重要研究方向之一。目前,国内外学者已在蝇蛆、黄粉虫、蚕蛹、黑水虻幼虫等昆虫的营养价值评估和产业化利用方面进行了一系列的探索。
