本文分析了江西建材工业现状与差距。就江西建材工业转变经济增长方式,提出了优化结构,靠新出强的方针。阐述了从五个方面进行优化和调整的主要任务:调整产品结构,适应需求结构的变化;调整技术结构,跟上科技发展进步的步伐;调整企业结构,改变以中小企业为主的状况;调整队伍结构,建设一支适应现代化要求的产业队伍走立适应市场经济规律的现代企业制度和管理机制,实现科学管理。对近期内水泥、玻璃纤维及玻璃钢、建筑卫生陶瓷、非金属矿及制品和新型建材优化产品结构和技术结构提出了具体措施。
This article analyzes the status quo and gaps in the building materials industry in Jiangxi. With regard to the transformation of the economic growth mode of the Jiangxi building materials industry, the principle of optimizing the structure and relying on new strengths has been proposed. Explained the main tasks of optimizing and adjusting from five aspects: adjusting the product structure to adapt to changes in the demand structure; adjusting the technical structure, keeping pace with the development of science and technology; adjusting the structure of the enterprise, changing the status of mainly SMEs; adjusting The team structure, building an industrial team that meets the requirements of modernization, walks the modern enterprise system and management mechanism that adapts to the laws of market economy, and realizes scientific management. In the near future, specific measures have been proposed for optimizing the product structure and technical structure of cement, glass fiber and glass steel, construction sanitary ceramics, non-metallic minerals and products, and new building materials.
