在社会转型的特定时期,原有专业竞技体育的培养体制愈来愈显乏力,学校课余训练工作及竞技运动队的水平均呈发展势头,但其水平相对滞后,速度仍然缓慢。就学校运动队学生的毕业流向看,小学运动队学生的毕业流向呈现出多元化趋势,毕业后发展的选择有了更多的途径和更大的空间;中学运动队学生的毕业流向仍以进入各类大学,接受高等教育为主。课余训练在发掘和培养有潜质的高水平运动员工作上有较大缺口。学校课余训练工作的实质发展和体系建立,以及教育与体育行政管理部门的协作是学校课余训练工作得到可持续发展的有效途径。
In the specific period of social transformation, the training system of the original professional competitive sports has become more and more sluggish. The training of extra-curricular activities in schools and the level of competitive sports teams have all shown momentum of development. However, their level is still lagging behind and their speed is still slow. With regard to the graduation flow of students in the sports teams in schools, the graduation trend of the students in primary sports teams shows a diversified trend. After graduation, there are more ways and more space for the choice of development. The graduation flow of students from secondary sports teams still enters All kinds of universities, mainly to receive higher education. After-class training in the exploration and training of potential high-level athletes have a greater job gap. The substantial development of the school after-school training work and the establishment of the system as well as the cooperation of the education and sports administrative departments are effective ways to achieve the sustainable development of school after-school training.
