在建筑施工的过程中,建筑涂料作为饰面装饰的主要材料,对建筑物起着保护和装饰的作用。而作为一种应用广泛的建筑涂料,砂壁状建筑涂料因合成树脂乳液和彩砂颗粒为主要原材料配制而成,因而在组成及质量控制方面存在着一定的多变性。以此为出发点,本文介绍了砂壁状建筑涂料的组成和结构,论述了砂壁状建筑涂料质量控制难点及施工工艺,研究结果可为类似工程的开展提供一定的理论依据。 In the process of building construction, architectural coatings as the main decorative materials, the building plays a protective and decorative role. As a widely used architectural coatings, sand wall architectural coatings due to synthetic resin emulsion and colored sand particles as the main raw material preparation, and therefore in the composition and quality control there is a certain degree of variability. Taking this as a starting point, this paper introduces the composition and structure of sand-wall architectural coatings, discusses the difficulties in the quality control of sand-wall architectural coatings and the construction technology, and provides the theoretical basis for the development of similar projects.
