中国是一个人口众多、民族多样、城乡差距较大、社会现象比较复杂的一个发展中国家。中国的发展面临的问题多样,任何一个国家过去与将来的发展模式、发展规划都不能完全照搬到中国经济文化发展体制的规则制定中。文化产业发展也是如此。文化产业的发展是中国改革农村土地所有制形式、放开工业所有制改革和发展大三产业之后提出的又一强国战略,争强国家竞争力
China is a developing country with a large population, diverse nationalities, a large disparity between urban and rural areas and a complicated social phenomenon. The development problems facing China are diverse and the past and future development models and development plans of any country can not be completely copied into the formulation of the rules for the economic and cultural development of China. The same is true of cultural industries. The development of the cultural industry is another powerful strategy proposed by China after reforming the form of ownership of rural land and liberalizing the reform of the industrial ownership and developing the tertiary education so as to strengthen its national competitiveness
