本文用图像处理技术对横断的大鼠坐骨神经端对端外膜缝合后,再生初期的有髓纤维进行了形态定量学研究。发现在再生一个月内,有髓纤维面积与统计视场面积的比(百分含量或面积密度),髓鞘面积、轴突面积是反映再生的比较敏感的指标。衡量神经横切面有髓纤维圆的程度的参数之间相差没有统计学显著性意义,表明圆的程度没有大的变化可能是正常再生有髓纤维的一个形态学定量特征。
In this paper, image processing technology for transected rat sciatic nerve end-to-end outer membrane sutured, regenerative myelinated fibers were morphologically quantitative study. Found within a month of regeneration, the ratio of myelinated fiber area to the statistical field of view (percentage content or area density), myelin area, axon area is a more sensitive indicator of regeneration. There was no statistically significant difference between the parameters that measured the extent of myelinated fibers in the transverse cross-section of the nerve, indicating that no major change in the extent of the circle may be a morphological quantitative feature of normal regenerated myelinated fibers.
