目的:研究分析复方依山红挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法(SD)及二氧化碳超临界萃取法(SFE-CO_2)提取依山红挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法分析鉴定其化学成分,用面积归一化法确定其相对含量。结果:SD法挥发油共分离出54个色谱峰,鉴定其中33种化合物,占总量的89.68%;SFE法提取的挥发油分离出67个色谱峰,鉴定其中28种化合物,占总量的52.15%。结论:两种提取方法得到的挥发性成分及含量均有较大差异。
Objective: To study and analyze the chemical constituents of the volatile oil of Yishanhong. Methods: The volatile oil of Yishanhong was extracted by steam distillation (SD) and supercritical carbon dioxide (SFE-CO_2). The chemical constituents were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . Results: A total of 54 chromatographic peaks were isolated from SD essential oil and 33 compounds were identified, accounting for 89.68% of the total. Sixty-seven peaks were identified from volatile oil extracted by SFE method and 28 compounds were identified, accounting for 52.15% of the total. . Conclusion: The volatile components and contents obtained by the two methods are quite different.
