目的:研究酸性硫酸钙对细菌繁殖体的杀灭效果,并通过毒理学试验对其安全性进行初探。方法:杀灭试验采用悬液定量杀菌试验方法,毒理学试验采用急性经口毒性试验和骨髓细胞微核试验。结果:酸性硫酸钙700倍稀释液p H值为1.12,对金黄色葡萄球菌分别作用10 min、20 min和30 min,其杀灭对数值分别为4.03、5.19和6.15,对大肠杆菌分别作用10 min、20 min和30 min,其杀灭对数值分别是5.06、6.10和7.11。急性经口毒性试验分级属实际无毒,小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验阴性。结论:酸性硫酸钙700倍稀释液杀灭细菌繁殖体金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的效果良好,毒理学试验结果提示安全性可靠。
Objective: To study the killing effect of acid calcium sulfate on the propagules of bacteria, and to explore its safety through toxicological tests. Methods: The killing test was carried out by the quantitative disinfection test of suspension. The toxicology test was conducted by acute oral toxicity test and bone marrow micronucleus test. Results: The value of pH value of 700 times dilution of acid calcium sulfate was 1.12, and the killing logarithm was 4.03, 5.19 and 6.15 for Staphylococcus aureus for 10 min, 20 min and 30 min respectively, and 10 min, 20 min and 30 min, the kill logarithms were 5.06, 6.10 and 7.11, respectively. Acute oral toxicity test classification is actually non-toxic, mouse bone marrow micronucleus test was negative. Conclusion: 700 times dilution of acid calcium sulfate to kill the bacteria propagules Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli good results, toxicology test results suggest safe and reliable.
