针对笔者参与设计的浙江乐清市长虹村高层公寓的结构特点,大底盘双塔结构形式的特点,解决了大底盘过渡到上部双塔、塔楼平面刚心偏离质心,塔楼扭转的问题。并对比SATWE、PMSAP两种程序的计算结果,验证了结构布置的正确合理,说明了结构处理措施采取得当。经此获得的经验供同行参考。
In view of the structural features of the high-rise apartment building in Changhong Village, Yueqing City, Zhejiang Province, and the characteristics of the double-tower structure of large chassis, the problem of large-chassis transition from the large chassis to the upper twin towers, deviation of the center of gravity of the tower from the center of mass and the tower torsion is solved.
