为了提高检测雌激素类内分泌干扰物的响应速度、检测灵敏度,提出一种雌激素类内分泌干扰物的分子印迹杂化材料的制备方法.以氧化石墨烯为载体,成功制备出氧化石墨烯基分子印迹聚合物复合膜(GOMIP),其厚度约为3.707 nm.通过红外光谱(FTIR)、高倍透射电镜(HRTEM)、原子力显微镜(AFM)等测试手段对其进行分析表征,并将其应用于饮用水中雌激素类内分泌干扰物的快速响应及高灵敏检测.吸附性能实验研究表明:GO-MIP对17β-雌二醇的吸附平衡时间大约为40 min,最大饱和吸附量为22.69 mg/g,证实了GO-MIP对17β-雌二醇具有较快的吸附效率和良好的吸附选择性.
