在一些生产厂用单机架不可逆式轧机轧制铝箔。铝卷在机架上按轧制顺序轧制一道。这样,0.55~0.75毫米的带材经6~8道次能轧成7微米厚的箔材。普遍认为,机架的专业化和不可逆是保证轧制生产能力稳定的先决条件。但是,轧机一昼夜的实际生产能力往往是波动的,轧制7微米铝箔的卷重不超过带材坯料卷重的55~60%,因在轧制过程中卷内聚集有断头。这些现象统称为铝带和铝箔轧制过程
In some production plants with a single-frame irreversible rolling mill aluminum foil. Rolls of aluminum rolls are rolled on the rack in order of rolling. In this way, strips of 0.55-0.75 mm can be rolled into 7-micron thick foils after 6-8 passes. It is generally agreed that the specialization and irreversibility of the frame are prerequisites for ensuring a stable rolling capacity. However, the actual capacity of the mill fluctuates throughout the day and night. The rolling weight of a 7-micron aluminum foil does not exceed 55-60% of the strip’s coil weight because of the break in the coil during rolling.
