为避免柴油机发生故障而影响整个工作系统的正常运行,甚至造成人员伤亡和经济损失的问题,对柴油机进行故障诊断并得到精确的诊断结果尤为重要。笔者针对柴油机故障机理进行了简要阐述,重点介绍了当前柴油机故障诊断方法—小波变换、支持向量机、神经网络等,并结合科学技术的发展现状,对柴油机故障诊断前景做出展望,以期进一步提高故障识别率。
In order to avoid the diesel engine malfunction affecting the normal operation of the entire working system and even causing human casualties and economic losses, it is particularly important to diagnose the diesel engine and obtain accurate diagnosis results. The author briefly introduces the fault mechanism of diesel engine, and introduces the current diesel fault diagnosis methods - wavelet transform, support vector machine, neural network and so on. Combined with the development of science and technology, this paper makes a prospect of the diesel fault diagnosis prospect with a view to further improve Fault recognition rate.
