采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测人工鱼礁区内底栖生物体内Cd的含量。结果表明:底栖动物Cd的含量为0.011-0.541μg/L,平均值为0.188±0.220μg/L。Cd在不同生物组织器官中的分布按顺序依次为:性腺>鳃>肌肉。不同生态位底栖生物肌肉中Cd的富集规律为:口虾蛄,蟹类,蝦虎鱼类,虾类,头足类。其健康风险因子远小于1,表明镉对接触人群没有明显的健康风险。
Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to detect Cd content in benthic organisms in artificial reefs. The results showed that the content of Cd in zoobenthos was 0.011-0.541μg / L with the average value of 0.188 ± 0.220μg / L. Cd in different biological tissues and organs in the order of distribution: gonad> gill> muscle. The enrichment rules of Cd in muscle of benthic organisms in different niches are as follows: Manta shrimp, crabs, goby fish, shrimp, cephalopods. Its health risk factor is much less than 1, indicating that cadmium has no obvious health risk for people exposed.
