单轨吊车的研制始于20世纪50年代的联邦德国[1],之后,法国、前捷克、前苏联及英国等国家也相继引进或研制出单轨吊[2-5],并普及发展。单轨吊作为煤矿辅助运输新型装备,具有体积小、运行灵活、运输效率高、工人劳动强度低和运输事故少等优点,此外还可实现远距离连续运输及重型支架的整体搬运,实现了从井底车场至采区工作面的不经转载直达连续运输[6]。
Monorail cranes began to be developed in the Federal Republic of Germany in the 1950s [1]. Later, monorail cranes [2-5] were introduced or developed one after another by countries such as France, the former Czech Republic, the former Soviet Union and the United Kingdom. As a new type of auxiliary equipment for coal mine transportation, the monorail crane has the advantages of small size, flexible operation, high transportation efficiency, low labor intensity and fewer transportation accidents.
