采用放射性同位素前体掺入法观察智脑胶囊对小鼠骨髓细胞核酸、蛋白质合成代谢的影响。结果表明 :智脑胶囊对正常成年小鼠骨髓细胞核酸、蛋白质合成代谢无明显促进作用 ,但对老年小鼠骨髓细胞核酸、蛋白质低下的合成能力有较好的提升作用 ,且有一定的量效关系 ,对 60 Co- γ射线辐射造成的小鼠核酸、蛋白质合成受损动物模型有较好的调节和抗辐射损伤的作用。
The effect of Zhinao Capsule on the nucleic acid and protein synthesis and metabolism of bone marrow cells in mice was observed using a radioactive isotope precursor incorporation assay. The results showed that: Zhinao Capsule had no significant effect on the nucleic acid and protein anabolism of bone marrow cells in normal adult mice, but it had a better effect on the synthesis of nucleic acid and protein in aged mice bone marrow cells, and had a certain dose effect. The relationship between the 60 Co-γ-ray radiation caused by the mouse model of nucleic acid, protein synthesis damage has better regulation and anti-radiation injury.
