跨栏跑在田径运动中是一项技术比较复杂,节奏性强的项目,短跑技术是跨栏跑的基础,在学习跨栏跑之前,应先学习短地技术和跳远技术为好,同时还应发展一些与跨栏技术有关的身体素质,教学内容男子应以110来栏为主,女子以100来栏为主,并介绍学习男、女400米栏技术和体力分配。在直道教学中先学好跨栏步和跨栏步与栏间跑相结合技术。然后再学习全程跑技术。在跨栏教学中应贯彻由易到难,秩序渐进和区别对待的原则。教学过程中,如果由于某项素质差而影响技术的掌握,可以在进行技术教学的同时,发展一些所必须的身体素质,再学习技术,交替进行教学。
