目的探究前列腺液中的Zn与CRP在不同类型慢性前列腺炎患者中的诊断价值。方法选取2011年7月-2013年7月收治的慢性前列腺炎患者100例为研究对象,按照是否出现细菌感染分为CBP组与NCBP组,并选择同期行健康体检的50例男性作为对照组,用原子吸收光谱法和免疫胶体金法检测3组研究对象前列腺液中的Zn和CRP水平,并分析检查结果。结果 CBP组、NCBP组和对照组患者前列腺液中的Zn含量分别为(489.2±48.7)mg/L、(537.5±57.8)mg/L和(824.9±71.0)mg/L,CBP组明显低于NCBP组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而3组研究对象前列腺液中的CRP水平分别为(3.12±1.21)mg/L、(1.24±0.55)mg/L和(1.03±0.47)mg/L,CBP组显著高于其余2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),CBP组外周血白细胞、中性粒细胞仍高于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列腺液中的Zn含量能有效诊断慢性前列腺炎,而CRP能有效区分不同类型的慢性前列腺疾病,具有较高的临床借鉴价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of Zn and CRP in prostatic fluid in patients with different types of chronic prostatitis. Methods One hundred patients with chronic prostatitis admitted from July 2011 to July 2013 were selected as the study subjects. According to the presence or absence of bacterial infection, the patients were divided into CBP group and NCBP group, 50 healthy men were selected as the control group, The levels of Zn and CRP in prostatic fluid of three groups were detected by atomic absorption spectrometry and immuno-colloidal gold method, and the test results were analyzed. Results The levels of Zn in prostatic fluid of CBP group, NCBP group and control group were (489.2 ± 48.7) mg / L, (537.5 ± 57.8) mg / L and (824.9 ± 71.0) mg / L, (3.12 ± 1.21) mg / L, (1.24 ± 0.55) mg / L and (1.03), respectively, in NCBP group and control group (P <0.01) ± 0.47) mg / L, CBP group was significantly higher than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01), CBP group of peripheral leukocytes, neutrophils were still higher than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant P <0.01). Conclusions Zn concentration in prostatic fluid can effectively diagnose chronic prostatitis, while CRP can effectively distinguish different types of chronic prostatial diseases and has high clinical value.
