目的:探讨植物雌激素结构类似物黄芩素对乳腺癌细胞MCF-7和MDA-MB-231增殖的影响。方法:MTT法测定不同剂量黄芩素作用于MCF-7和MDA-MB-231细胞株不同时间后对细胞增殖的影响;流式细胞术(FCM)检测细胞凋亡情况。结果:随黄芩素浓度增加,细胞增殖受到抑制,细胞的生存率逐渐下降;随着黄芩素作用时间的延长,细胞的生存率也逐渐下降。结论:黄芩素能抑制MCF-7和MDA-MB-231细胞的增殖,诱导细胞凋亡的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effects of baicalein, an analogue of phytoestrogen, on the proliferation of breast cancer cells MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231. Methods: The effects of different doses of baicalein on the proliferation of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells were determined by MTT assay. Cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry (FCM). Results: With the increase of baicalein concentration, cell proliferation was inhibited and the cell survival rate decreased gradually. With the prolongation of baicalein time, the cell survival rate also decreased gradually. Conclusion: Baicalein can inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells and induce apoptosis.
